Our award winning culinary team has set new standards for resort fine dining within Belize. Though the eclectic menu covers a wide variety of Central American/ European fusion cuisine, the dynamic food loving team at Ka’ana delights in our guests challenging the kitchen and asking for things that may not currently be offered on the menu. Ka’ana’s culinary team rarely disappoint on special requests.
Bread, pasta, pastries, soups are all fresh prepared daily and the kitchen team work with Don Oscar in the organic gardens to hand pick the freshest vegetables and herbs and deliver them to the kitchen in a basket ahead of meal service. We call it “from garden to plate”!
Breakfast is a leisurely affair, everything is made on order and fresh fruit is peeled only when the dish is ordered, so, we suggest allowing enough time before your tour starts to leave the resort completely satisfied!
To compliment the delightfully pleasing menu is a well balanced Wine selection from around the globe, slurp favourites from any region and a visit to the wine cellar is a must! The only one in Western Belize.
