Make This at Home: The Kiskadee Special

Kiskadee Special Cocktail

Inspired by the pretty, noisy little fly-catchers that soar all around the Ka’ana grounds, this colorful drink is one of our favorites! The Kiskadee will draw your attention by calling its own name (which sounds very much like French qu’est-ce que dit) constantly while perched on nearby trees. This delicious, fruity drink, named for its distinctive yellow and white color, might just have you saying “Another, please!”

1.5 oz Absolut Vodka

1 oz Orange Juice

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1.5 oz Milk

1 scoop of ice

Place vodka and all fresh juices in the shaker with ice and shake very hard, and pour in to the glass. In another clean shaker, add ice and milk and shake until milk foam is achieved.  Scoop out foam and place on top of your drink. Garnish with mint leaves for the perfect Belizean treat.
