Our aim at Ka’ana is to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience and to surpass their wildest expectations! So it’s always a pleasure to know when we’ve made an impact on our guests. We were absolutely thrilled when we received this latest TripAdvisor review!
“We had an absolutely magnificent time at Ka’ana. In all my travels, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly, personalized and attentive service.

At Ka’ana we believe in sustainability. Our relationship with the environment is one of our resort’s top priorities. We also believe in delicious food!
We’ve brought these two loves together in our gorgeous two-acre organic garden. Every day our guests dine on the freshest tomatoes, spinach and cucumbers picked just steps away from our restaurant, La Ceiba.

Inspiration at Ka’ana comes in many forms. One of our favorites is the large collection of art strategically located throughout the resort for the pleasure of our guests. These incredible works of artistry allow our guests to appreciate Belize’s indigenous and colonial heritage, with our hand-selected collection of original paintings, sculptures, carvings, dangles and touches that are all uniquely Ka’ana.
Take pleasure in the one-of-a-kind antique masks and handwoven seagrass baskets overlooking our dining room as they set the ambiance for a meal filled with conversation and enjoyment.

Last week we received some absolutely thrilling news! Ka’ana Boutique Resort & Spa has been voted Favorite Country House Hotel (Americas) by members of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World club. We would like to thank the 265,000 club members for recognizing us. With 520 beautiful SLH hotels worldwide, there was definitely stiff competition!
Not only were we honored with that stunning accolade, but we also won the award for Best Video!

Inspired by the pretty, noisy little fly-catchers that soar all around the Ka’ana grounds, this colorful drink is one of our favorites! The Kiskadee will draw your attention by calling its own name (which sounds very much like French qu’est-ce que dit) constantly while perched on nearby trees. This delicious, fruity drink, named for its distinctive yellow and white color, might just have you saying “Another, please!”

September is definitely the most festive time to be in Belize, and Belizeans certainly know how to celebrate BIG! It’s the time when work slows down and everyone looks forward to the different patriotic events and colorful festivals celebrated countrywide. The entire country shows off their national colors – red, white and blue, and those living abroad come home as visitors flood the country join the month long festivities.

There’s no reason to leave your yoga practice behind when you’re on vacation. And what better time to open up your body and mind than when you’re surrounded by the lush jungle of Cayo?

When you first arrive at Ka’ana, we wouldn’t blame you for dropping your bags at our beautiful entrance and diving straight in to the pool. From almost every room you can hear the waterfall splashing down the infinity edge to the lower terrace.
It’s easy to while away an entire day on these lounge chairs, sipping one of our signature Sweet Corn Coladas (made with our own in-house sweetcorn mix!) and snacking on fresh conch ceviche.
