Alone we can do so little, but together we can do so much. Here at Ka’ana, we truly take extra time to appreciate our staff and value their hard work and commitment. They are part of our family, so naturally, we have decided to continue focusing on their wellbeing. We strongly believe that our staff are not only brand ambassadors, and the personality of our resort, but instead, they are our family, they are our backbone, and our foundation. As a luxury resort, we understand that we would not thrive in such success without the incredible team that we love to call our family. Our staff is currently our top and utmost priority. In order to protect them, we have taken substantial measures by following the safety guidelines of our health officials, as well as providing our staff with food from our kitchen and produce from our organic garden. We have also currently altered some of our daily operations and have taken great pride in our “commitment and social responsibility to our staff by reallocating and distributing guest donations to property renovations and daytime security teams” (as per Bonnie Culbertson, Matador Network, March 30, 2020). Here at Ka’ana, we are currently upgrading details and fixtures at our resort, in hopes of providing you with a fresh and refurbished luxury experience for your future travel with us.
