Menu selections change seasonally, assuring that only the freshest ingredients are utilized. Indulgent appetizers, soups, salads and pasta dishes are made fresh daily with organic vegetables and herbs from the garden. A selection of steaks and fresh seafood are also available, made with local flavors. La Ceiba is well known for its decadent sweets, especially its signature homemade gelato in flavors such as coconut and Mayan chocolate.
La Ceiba’s breakfast specialties range from fresh pastries and fruits to signature dishes, such as Mi Abuela’s French Toast and Chocolate Pancakes. The lunch menu includes pizzas, salads, soups, sandwiches, grilled fish, pasta and more.
