What is a private dining experience? 

It is a custom dining experience. Our team of service professionals set your table in a unique location around the property where yours will be the only table in that location for the evening. Choices of locations vary depending on the weather but currently include: Upper Deck Poolside, Lower Deck Poolside, Stargazing terrace, Wine cellar*

You can consult with Chef Kuylen to design your menu  for the evening or simply allow it to be a culinary surprise. The dinner is four-course and your private dining room will be adorned with candles or torches as well as a private local musician.

Private fantasy dining carries a small additional cost and we strongly recommend advance reservations

* due to guest welcome every evening at 7 pm the wine cellar dining experience is only available at 8.30 pm once wine cellar welcome is concluded
