- Rates above are based on double occupancy in a Balam room category.
- Rates are subject to an additional cumulative 10% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Upgrade to Casita is available at the time of confirmation for an additional US$50 per person, per night, plus tax and service.
- Half-day excursions are based on length of stay. Guests receive one half-day “Private Tour” for each full-day stay at Ka’ana above the full-day Mayan ruin tour option.
- Guatemala tour options do not include mandatory departure tax, which is US$18.75 per person. This is to be paid in cash at border crossing.
- Excursion entry and rental fees are not included in package pricing.

For a third person (child or adult) wishing to share existing room and bedding a Casita Room category must be confirmed and the applicable triple occupancy rate applied as listed below.

Ka’ana Signature Package is available during the following dates:
2008 Low Season – May 1, 2008 to December 19, 2008
2009 High Season – January 5, 2009 to April 30, 2009
Low Season – May 1, 2009 to December 18, 2009
Ka’ana Payment Policy:
- At the time of booking a 50% deposit of package value is required.
- Final payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.
- Should package be confirmed less than 60 days prior to arrival, at the time of confirmation final payment is due in full.
Cancellation Policy:
- A minimum of 60 days notice is required prior to arrival for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
- 50% refunds will be granted for cancellations 45-59 days prior to arrival.
- All cancellations 44 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
