We are a Rainforest Alliance Verified property because of our compliance with Rainforest Alliance-endorsed criteria.

The Succotz Primary School is a mere 10 minutes down the road from Ka’ana and has become a primary initiative for the entire staff as well as friends of the resort.

Mary Open Doors is a resource center/temporary shelter for battered women and children in Belize.

This home for the elderly currently serves 25 senior citizens with shelter, food, accompaniment and love.

Investing in our team of hospitality professionals has always been a priority at Ka’ana and we work to support them in furthering their education, knowledge, and skill sets.

We are very much a Belizean resort and this shows throughout the property, from the furniture to the artwork, to the food and drinks.
