What is the cancellation policy?
No refunds will be available for no-shows, late arrival, or early departure. Should the guest decide to cancel, a minimum of 60 days notice is required prior to arrival for a full refund, minus a US$100 administrative fee. 50% refunds will be granted for cancellations 45-59 days prior to arrival. All cancellations 44 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Kindly allow for up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
