The Ka'ana family is head over heels in love with a particular guest. Of course, every guest is dear to us, but Faline is truly something special.
You see, Faline is the sweetest dog on this side of the Caribbean. This adorable pup was rescued from a life-threatening situation and brought to Ka'ana for fostering through our partnership with the Cayo Animal Welfare Society. While we don't usually accept pets, our hearts melted for this cute face and we made an exception.
This charming girl has the entire Ka'ana crew fawning over her day and night, including being spoiled by our kitchen staff, and absolutely loves running around the lush green grounds of the resort. And the best part? She's up for adoption! While it will be hard to say goodbye, we can't wait to help her find her forever home. We've been lucky to foster numerous pets from CAWS until they find their perfect family. We also work with the shelter in visiting some local schools to help educate young children about the importance of caring for animals. It's one of the many ways we love to give back to our community.
