With our two new skillfully designed menus, discover a superb collection of culinary creations built on a chef-driven approach. Whether dining at La Ceiba Restaurant, or at the Wallace Bar, discover an experience steeped in our country's multi-cultural heritage and stunning surroundings. The Fusion of Culture and Flavor 

Here, culture and flavor come together for an indulgent dining experience. 

At La Ceiba, embark on a culinary adventure that brings to life cultural classics from our country and region. Savor the flavors of Sikil iilpaak, a traditional recipe from the Yucatan Peninsula, Belizean Chimole, a black soup with roots in Maya and Mestizo culture, and international favorites, such as Cannelloni Gratinati, an Italian dish of stuffed pasta. 

Our signature restaurant, La Ceiba, is a celebration of culture with this exceptional launch of decadent culinary creations that features the bounty of fresh ingredients that come from our on-site organic garden. Our bar, the Wallace, also boasts a wide assortment of new culture-rich light bites. With Belizean Dukunu Tamale, Caribbean Croquette, and Chichen Itza Chicken Soup, these dishes draw inspiration from Belize's storied regional surroundings.
