"We were picked up at the airport by Freddy who became our friend, great guy! He brought us to the zoo en route to the resort. We got to the resort where we were handed a lovely ginger/lime drink which was a nice touch. There was fruit with chocolate sauce waiting at our room. The service from Fiona to Miguel to the entire waiting staff was phenomenal. It felt like family."

"From the time we arrived to when we were leaving; all of the staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. Their customer service was second to none! The first night we arrived, they held a welcome BBQ for the group and the food was amazing!!!! Especially the bbq'd Italian sausages with bbq sauce! They surprised us with fireworks which was such a special treat! :)"
