Caracol Archeological Site
Caracol temples ("snail ") represents the largest Mayan City in Belize and home to the largest man-made structure in the country. Venture deep into the jungles of the Maya Mountains, habitat to an array of wildlife such as tapirs, jaguars, monkeys, toucans, and scarlet macaws.

In this class, you’ll create classic dishes like tamales, corn tortillas, and caldo using the fogon, an authentic Maya stove, in our remake of a traditional kitchen.
Discuss techniques and of the Maya and then enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Cacao Farm & Chocolate Making
We show you how to make Mayan chocolate using a traditional Mayan Stone to grind organic Cacao Bean into a Paste. We then mix the paste into a chocolate drink and add spices just like the ancient Maya consume.

Ceramic Making In San Antonio
The San Antonio Women's Cooperative are a group of ladies still trying to preserve culture in this modern world. These artisans
will demonstrate the “coil method,” and you will be able to try your hand at creating something of your own. Following this, make corn tortillas on a traditional fire hearth.
Walk the rest of the property and learn about the sustainable processes used to fire the ceramic kilns and sustain an organic
garden. Enjoy a meal starting with warm atole, followed by roasted chicken, fresh salsa, and your recently prepared corn tortillas.
