Considering Belize is so small, you’ll be surprised at the punch it packs when it comes to epic activities. You’ve got gorgeous Caribbean coastline, thick jungle, and important historical ruins – all mixed with friendly locals and laidback cities.

With people sheltering in place around the world, animals have been enjoying the freedom that our isolation has granted. Each day, we delight in hearing more and more positive reports of how the world is beginning to heal as humans are confined to their homes.

A year of uncertainty is coming to a close, and here at Ka’ana we are reflecting on the many things we are thankful for! It was quite an eventful year with the temporary closure of our resort after the closure of Belize’s international airport.

Ka’ana is thrilled to once again be open. With a successful reopening on December 14th, we are delighted to welcome back guests to our boutique resort.

Ka’ana Resort is home to La Cieba restaurant, The Wallace Bar, a spectacular wine cellar and to an organic garden. These amenities come alive at Christmas time, bringing more magic to the holidays with delicious delights from our kitchen.

As we all fight the good fight in flattening the curve, many professions are now working remotely, and students are enrolling in distance learning programs.
